Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for:
• Software questions
• Customer service / account questions
• Finding / reporting bugs in the software
• Troubleshooting problems with the software
• Create Feature requests on the customer's behalf, or show the customer how to create a feature request on their own.



Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support using HTML or equivalent. Job role related to technical support and e-commerce related consulting
• 5 Full-Time position(s) available.

Preferred Skills / Aptitude and Experience
• HTML, CSS, xHTML experience - Advanced
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written

• Accurate and fast typing speed (50+ words per minute)
• Experience with a support ticketing system a plus
