Position: Japanese Streaming Media Email and Chat Support

Work Location: Mandaluyong City or Taguig City
Salary: Php 127,000 - Php 129,000
Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Dayshift & Night Shift)
Work Set-up: Work on site / Hybrid Set-up ( depends on the schedule)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Filipino who speaks Japanese
✅Filipino who is around N1 Level
✅Japanese National with permanent visa
✅No JLPT required (candidates who are not JLPT passers can apply)
✅Can use Japanese and English at the same time
✅Open for Graduates or Undergraduates
✅Good understanding and email/chat etiquette
✅With customer service experience is a great advantage
✅Willing to work in Mandaluyong and can start asap

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Resolve the issues or inquiries of customers through email and chat using Japanese and English.
✅Assist the customers payments for their subscription.
✅Help them resolve to troubleshoot to ensure a smooth experience of the users.
✅Help and assist them in their membership and explain the subscription package on how to purchase and cancel the products.
✅Communicate product information and provide updates to customers.
